To achieve the greatest possible benefit from donations, administrative costs are conscientiously kept to a minimum, thanks to a group of dedicated and competent volunteers. Songtsen ensures the highest financial integrity and operates through a long established and efficient network that ensures the safe transfer of funds.

- Grants for translators & study scholarships: Supporting Translation Studies and Providing Scholarships For New Translators
- Preservation of Tibetan texts: Cataloguing, Scanning, & Publishing of Booklets & Practice Texts
- Audio library: Preservation of a Unique Audio Heritage
- The library project: Construction of a Library, Research, & Translation Facility
- Online database of Tibetan texts
- Seminars & retreat programmes: Facilitation of teachings and retreats
- Study & practice scholarships: Support for students, practitioners & Three-Year Retreatants
- Drupchens: The Sponsoring of Intensive Pujas to be Performed in Asia
- Support for Tibetan refugees: Regular support for Tibetan monasteries and schools
- Pegasus school project: Support for Nepali children, and the rescue of street children in Boudhanath, Nepal
- Maratika school project: Repair of a primary school and construction of a secondary school in Maratika, Nepal
- Sitapaila: Construction of a Tibetan Monastic Institute, Swyambounath, Nepal
- Do-nga Choling: Construction of a Tibetan Monastery in Lumbini, Nepal
- The library project: Construction of a Tibetan Library, Dordogne, France
- Support for Tibetan refugees: Assistance in India, Nepal, & Bhutan
- Support for Himalayan communities: Support for impoverished families and communities in Himalayan Regions
- Construction & restoration projects in Tibet: Building, Repair & maintenance of monasteries, sacred statues, etc
