Make a Donation to Songtsen
If you share our respect and appreciation for Tibet’s culture and wisdom, our concern for Tibetans both in Tibet and in exile, and an awareness of the urgent need to rescue and preserve an imperiled culture and ancient tradition, then we invite you to please join us in our efforts.
Our mission is to help rescue, preserve and make available the cultural heritage and spiritual tradition of Tibet. In order to continue providing our valuable services we need your continued support. By making a contribution to Songtsen, you are helping to support a rich and unique culture and its people, and you are supporting a people, who, led by H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama, have chosen the way of non-violence.

Become a Songtsen sponsor
Becoming a sponsor provides much needed resources for Songtsen’s projects. It is only through the generous support of sponsors that Songtsen is able to provide valuable humanitarian aid and to continue preservation projects. Every sponsor helps Songtsen’s mission and makes a world of difference to the Tibetan people, to refugee children, to the preservation of the Tibetan culture and tradition, as well as to Himalayan inhabitants in need.
As a sponsor you will be taking part in our long-term program of support. Your donation is used in the most effective way. Sponsors help the Tibetan community to work towards their goal of self-sufficiency. There are several sponsorship programmes to choose from. For example, sponsorship for the children of Siddhartha starts at 30 € per month (360 € a year) for a general sponsorship program. Sponsorship support can be monthly, quarterly or annually and is takes only a few minutes to set-up using our online donation form.

Make a gift in honor of a loved one
Offer your loved ones a gift that makes a difference – one that helps to create peace and happiness in the world. When you dedicate your donation in the name of a loved one, they will receive a special card letting them know how that in their honour, they have contributed to the rescue and preservation of one of the World’s most unique and ancient cultures.

Shop at online charity malls
Yet another simple way to help Songtsen is to choose online charity malls when shopping online. Online charity malls are companies that provide a significant percentage of the sales profit to the customers chosen charity. Charity malls establish relationships with various online retailers and act as liaisons between the shoppers and charitable organizations. When an online shopper buys an item through a charity mall, a percentage of the item's cost goes to the mall site, and the mall passes the other portion of its profits onto a selected charity. Songtsen is registered with several online charity malls, offering hundreds of products and services from numerous reputable, high-quality retailers even including online travel companies such as expedia.com. You will not be charged any extra fee.
This way helping Songtsen is effortless – you can do what you would already be doing, in this case shopping online, and provide financial support to Songtsen at the same time.
