Over the last thirty years, Songtsen has been continually sustained and shaped by the help and support of many people. The magnitude of Songtsen’s success in the areas of Tibetan cultural preservation and humanitarian aid is greatly due to our broad network of volunteers. We are graciously indebted to the myriad people who have shared their skills and expertise. There are too many to name, but we would like to say a special thank you to the ACEC staff and volunteers; Padmakara’s dedicated translators and administrative staff; Siddhartha’s organizer, Catherine Lambert; to Anne Benson for all of her work establishing and managing KRF, as well as to KRF's construction engineer, Luc Cholley, and to all of our caring volunteers in Nepal, India, and Tibet; and to Jill Heald, the caretaker of La Sonnerie, Songtsen's lama residence in Dordogne.

Very special thanks to Alak Zenkar Rinpoche and Gene Smith for their dedication to Tibetan text preservation; to Gelong Mathieu Ricard for the extraordinary impact he has had in making Dharma accessible in the west, for his ceaseless efforts to help the Tibetan people, and for his dedication in archiving Tibetan texts and audio media of recorded oral teachings. Each of you have offered something special and significant to the development of Songtsen and your time and input has been a vital factor in the fruition of our objectives. It has been an extraordinary blessing to work within a community of dedicated, creative, and talented people.

We also could not have gotten far without the kind help of our consultants and technical experts. We thank all of you who offered your knowledge and expertise. In particular for helping to build this site, we would like to express our tremendous gratitude to our programmer, Philippe Chevalier.

Songtsen would like to thank the following people / organizations for contributing their photographs to the site. In particular, thank you to Mathieu Ricard, Raphaele Demandre, Catherine Lambert, Kali Martin, Lijuan Yuan, and LotusClearHarmony.net for granting us permission to use their photographs. We kindly request users to respect the copyright protection of all those who have generously permitted Songtsen to display their images.

We would especially like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all of our sponsors, donors, and caring supporters. Your contributions are the sustenance of all our work. Thank you very much for your generosity and interest. Songtsen’s accomplishments would not have been possible without you. To all of our online donors, we thank you for your vital support!

Songtsen wishes to express special thanks to the benefactors who have significantly supported and shaped the structure of the organization through their generous support:

Songtsen thanks all those around the world who have worked towards preserving and translating the precious Dharma. It is through international effort and collaboration of knowledge and resources that the Tibetan Buddhist tradition has a chance to be upheld and to flourish.

Lastly, a heartfelt thanks to all the compassionate and dedicated friends who have shared their inspiration, trust and support with Songtsen and who continue to help us to accomplish Kangyur Rinpoche’s vision for the peace and harmony of all beings. May the merit of our collective efforts be a source of perpetual peace and happiness in the world.

With heartfelt gratitude,

The Songtsen board
