Requests for prayers
Please read the following before filling out the form below.
The healing plant of Menla, the Medicine Buddha
As there are more and more friends requesting prayers to help remove obstacles, sickness, etc, we have created a form that will facilitate the communication of your requests to our teachers. Therefore rather than emailing your requests, kindly fill out the online form below and include any pertinent details.
If you are requesting advice regarding what kind of prayers would be most beneficial for a particular person or condition, please indicate this in the specific requests section. If you have already received guidance and would like to request a particular practice or puja to be performed, please contact us to find out the standard donation offered to the monks in Nepal or India for the various prayers and protective practices (this will vary according to the duration and type of prayers / puja to be performed).
All requests and contributions will be passed on to our main teachers, and in particular to Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche. For those who would like to offer a contribution to the lamas, please see the online donation form or learn more about donations. Please note that it is important to indicate “Request for prayers” in the designated donation field and to enter any relevant details, so that we can forward the donation accordingly.
Yantras
Kangyur Rinpoche's Yantra terma
As friends often request Chanteloube for the yantra images, which are commonly placed on the body for protection, including for those who have died, Kangyur Rinpoche's yantra terma and instructions can be downloaded here.
Please note: On account of the sacred images that the yantra contains, the image should be treated with respect. If it must be disposed of (such as a faulty print out), please burn it rather than throwing it away. Also, it should be kept in a high place or on the upper part of the body, and not stepped over or placed on the ground.
