Equitable distribution of resources
The collected funds are sent to the supervisors of the various institutions supported, who then utilize the resources for the expenses directly related to the needs of all the children, such as for food, shelter, clothing, medical care, education, etc... In order to avoid creating inequities between individual children, all resources are shared equally for the benefit of all. The supervisor oversees that the funds are properly distributed. All funds received through Siddhartha sponsorships are immediately dispatched to projects with the highest priority.
Every year, Pema Wangyal Rinpoche gets directly involved in the purchase and distribution of clothing and supplies for the children, particularly at the time of Losar (Tibetan New Year).
