Who we are
KRF Development is managed by a group of volunteers which has been active since 1970, working through the Kangyur Rinpoche Foundation and external organizations. The group consists of a group of Tibetans and Westerners who have a thorough knowledge of the real conditions of Tibetans in exile and Himalayan populations in difficulty. It has well defined objectives which correspond to the real needs of the community, addressing both the imperatives of adaptation and economic survival and the deep necessity to preserve a distinctive cultural identity. KRF Development also collaborates with reliable local administrators in the East, who are also respected and trusted by their communities.
